Order Processing & Delivery Time

Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT).

Weekend orders: Weekends orders will be processed on the very next working day 

Dispatch Days: Orders are dispatched shipped Monday to Friday. 

Estimated Delivery: After dispatch, 5–7 business days

Total Delivery Time: 6–9 working days from the time of placing order.

Return Policy

Returns: We accept returns items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions: Products must be unused, in their original condition, undamaged and in the original packaging. We don't accept returns of personalized items.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping cost unless the item is defective or not as described. In those cases, sofista.co.uk will cover the return shipping expenses.

Refunds: Refund will be issued to the original payment method with in 14 business days after receiving the returned items.

Restocking Fee:

No Restocking Fee: At Sofista, we do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Return Delivery Costs: Return Delivery Cost is Free On All the orders.

Defective Products: Customers will not be charged for return shipping if the item is incorrect, damaged during shipping, or otherwise defective.

Customer Remorse: Customers will be charged for return shipping cost if the return is due to reasons such as ordering the wrong item, issues with fit, or a change of mind.
